Medical professionals understand the benefits of owning their own real estate, but may lack the time and expertise necessary to optimize their investment.  Buying property outright consumes cash, and may not minimize the practice's tax liability. Leasing property means working with landlords, who prioritize their  interests before the needs of the practice.

Working with Real BiG is different.  We partner with medical professionals to identify, analyze, and purchase prime real estate.  We encourage our partners to co-invest in the property, building valuable equity for themselves.  Our partners might ask us to purchase 100% of the property, and lease it back to them.  Often, partners retain the option to buy 100% of the property down the road.
